Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for the Houston Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Houston, TX. Qualifications

• Graduate of OT curriculum with bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Current Texas OT license to practice is required.
• Two years of OT experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and reassessments of patient function.
• Plans, implements and supervises individualized therapeutic programs.
• Coordinates with Rehab Director to integrate therapy into the plan of care.
• Instructs patients and families in use of therapy techniques for independence.
• Documents patient progress and maintains confidentiality.
• Participates in case conferences and quality assurance activities.
