Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in industry or medical environment preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support required.
• SYSTOC Electronic Health Record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care according to provider instructions and clinical protocols within scope of training.
• Performs basic office functions such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, and coordinating patient flow.
• Coordinates care (scheduling, testing, reporting) and obtaining records for referred patients.
• Maintains documentation with a comprehensive filing system for correspondence and data.
• Maintains inventory of lab and testing supplies (vision/hearing screenings, spirometry, EKG, drug/alcohol screens).
• Collaborates with billing to ensure accuracy with financial aspects of the service line.
• Supports on-site service coordination within client companies, including on-call and after-hours.
