Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a part-time occupational health support role in Ohio. You will coordinate care, handle scheduling, and assist with clinical tasks under provider direction.

Responsibilities include patient flow, documentation, and collaboration with billing. Required BLS; DOT screens and EHR experience are preferred. On-site position with potential after-hours support within the occupational health service line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in healthcare, office, or clinical setting preferred.
• BLS required; DOT urine screen and related certifications preferred.
• SYSTOC EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under provider instructions and clinical protocols within training.
• Handle basic office tasks: phones, scheduling, filing, and patient flow.
• Coordinate care: scheduling, testing, reporting, and records retrieval.
• Document and maintain comprehensive filing for correspondence and data.
• Maintain inventory of lab/testing supplies for screenings and tests.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure accuracy of financial aspects.
• Support on-site service coordination, including after-hours as needed.
