Job summary

Skiff Medical Center in Newton, IA seeks a Part-time House Supervisor to provide 24-hour clinical coordination and nursing leadership across Med/Surg, OB, SCU, ER and OR. You will mentor staff, coordinate care, and serve as on-site liaison with nursing leadership and hospital administration.

Requires a BSN (or bachelor's degree) and current Iowa RN license, plus 2 years RN experience and telemetry interpretation ability. ACLS/PALS/TNCC readiness within specified timelines is expected.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher; nursing license required.
• Two years RN clinical experience preferred.
• Experience on Med/Surg, ER, SCU and OB preferred.
• Current unrestricted Iowa RN license.
• Ability to interpret telemetry.
• English proficiency required.
• Demonstrated nursing leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour clinical coordination and nursing leadership.
