Hondros College of Nursing in Independence, OH seeks a part-time on-site Clinical Instructor to teach within the Nursing program at our Independence campus. This role lets you continue practicing nursing while contributing to education, focusing on clinical instruction and student engagement.

Requirements include a Master's in Nursing, active OH RN licensure, and 2+ years of RN experience. Training is provided, with flexible hours up to 24 per week and Saturday premium pay.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Two or more years RN full-time work experience.
• Active OH RN licensure.
• Official transcripts provided upon request.
• AHA BLS/ACLS CPR certification current or obtainable.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct students off campus at clinical sites and/or in a lab setting.
• Promote a positive learning environment and coordinate clinical instruction.
• Create high student engagement through planning clinical experiences.
• Supervise and orient students to clinical sites and policies.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in Faculty Organization and Curriculum Committees.
