Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing in West Chester, OH is seeking a part-time on-site Clinical Instructor to teach within the Nursing program at our West Chester campus. In this role you will instruct in labs and clinical settings, fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring full instruction of the clinical curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Three or more years full-time RN experience.
• Active State of OH RN licensure without encumbrance.
• Ability to provide official transcripts for each degree earned.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a lab setting or off campus in a clinical setting as needed.
• Promote a positive learning environment and collaborate to assure full instruction of the clinical component of the curriculum.
• Create a high level of student engagement by planning the student clinical experience.
• Supervise and orient students to the clinical site as well as to all applicable policies and procedures.
• Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress, providing valuable feedback.
• Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees.
