Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role in Fair Lawn, NJ. The position combines direct patient care with care coordination and leadership responsibilities in a home health setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, a BSN or related health field, and at least 2 years of home health/community health experience. A valid driver’s license is required, with English as the primary communication language.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ).
• BSN or related health field with at least 2 years RN experience.
• Direct nursing services in home or assisted living settings.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Strong English communication and physical capacity for care duties.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and document clients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs; deliver preventive, supportive, and restorative care.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and clinical treatments per plan of care.
• Coordinate scheduling for clients’ multidisciplinary appointments and therapies; manage time for productivity.
• Interpret health status for clients and families; report changes to Director of Nursing and physician.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and HIPAA for a safe environment.
• Maintain complete and timely client records and timecards; demonstrate professional demeanor.
• Reports to Director of Nursing.
