Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time role in skilled nursing facilities. You will manage your own panel, provide primary and episodic care, and build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Board certification required and active license in the operating state.
• MSN/NP or PA credential from an accredited program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–20 patients daily in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide primary and episodic care with wellness visits and H&P.
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff.
• Document care and communicate with families; participate in conferences.
