Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a skilled nursing facility clinical team in a full-time, autonomous role. You will manage your own patient panel and deliver primary and episodic care on-site.

You’ll see about 16–20 patients daily, with 6-hour shifts, no on-call or overnights, and chart from home using an integrated EHR. Earn through productivity with potential up to $624/day plus a retention incentive and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Board certification required (active and unrestricted).
• Valid, unrestricted NP or PA license in the operating state.
• Master's degree in Nursing or PA program required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and ability to work quickly.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–20 patients per day, mix of chronic and acute issues.
• Perform annual wellness visits and H&Ps, manage chronic conditions.
• Review meds and orders; coordinate with physicians, specialists and staff.
• Communicate with families and participate in care conferences.
