Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities on a part-time basis.

You will manage your own patient panel, build long-term relationships with residents and their families, and round in the mornings with 6-hour shifts. Enjoy charting from home, no on-call or overnights, and productivity-based pay with earnings up to $624/day plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification required (e.g., AGNP, FNP for NPs; PA-C for PAs) — active and unrestricted.
• Valid, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of operation.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or PA program from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–20 patients per day, with a mix of long-term and acute care.
• Manage wellness visits, H&Ps, chronic disease care, and medication reviews.
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
