Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Germantown seeks a Part-time Night Shift Representative II, Patient Access to register patients and verify demographics and financial information.

Provide excellent customer service, protect patient confidentiality, and coordinate with case management and financial counseling to collect payments. Two years of hospital registration experience preferred; English required, Spanish helpful; flexible scheduling and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Two years in hospital/healthcare registration or related role.
• Proficiency with computers, MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic and financial information.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Communicate financial/insurance information to case management and counseling staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per privacy and security policies.
• Enter orders when necessary and collect required signatures/payments.
