Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced registered nurse to supervise night-shift clinical operations on a 12-hour schedule. You will oversee nursing care across the patient lifecycle, address departmental issues, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and leadership.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to manage operational issues while ensuring patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state and/or multistate licensure.
• Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS.
• Emergency Department nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care and manage operational issues during shift
• Provide clinical care as needed based on patient census
• Communicate care, operational, and staff concerns to leadership
• Serve as a resource and guide to staff members
