Community Health Network is seeking an Associate Patient Access Representative at Community Hospital North for night shifts. The role handles patient registration, financial clearance, and front-desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth scheduling and accurate data entry.

Training and weekend rotation are part of the schedule. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and experience with inpatient/outpatient admissions and EPIC systems.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year healthcare office or strong customer service background preferred.
• Proficient in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency registration.

Responsabilidades

• Handle front-dest patient contact, including check-ins and scheduling.
• Verify insurance and financial clearance for visits.
• Enter patient demographics, insurance and financial information accurately.
• Ensure completeness of the electronic health record (EHR) and perform necessary updates.
