Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for the 7pm-7am shift at The Boulevard Senior Living in St Charles, MO. This part-time role offers a warm, home-like environment focused on resident comfort and dignity.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and work with a supportive team. Pay range is $17.50–$23.50 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and eating.
• Provide compassionate care and companionship to residents.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to the team.
