Job summary

Arrow Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Aide for The Boulevard Senior Living in Wentzville, MO. This part-time role covers 7:00am–7:00pm shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a pay range of $18–$24 per hour.

You’ll support residents with daily activities, document care, and help with engagement and orientation of memory care staff. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
• Assist residents with daily activities from morning to night.
• Create engagement plans based on residents' interests and abilities.
• Support residents in walking, sitting, and standing and assist after a fall.
