Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the night shift and ensure accurate posting of guest payments and day-end reconciliations.

The role supports guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in a hospitality setting. Applicants should have prior guest-service experience, familiarity with hotel systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Business or Hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Prior hospitality front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel systems (PMS, Quore, PBX).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or equivalent.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk duties during night shift.
• Ensure guest payments are posted and accounts reconciled.
• Answer inquiries and manage reservations with courtesy.
• Sell rooms and manage occupancy to optimize revenue.
• Handle wake-up calls, messages, and guest communications.
