Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Roseville MN is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Guest Services associate for overnight hours. You’ll post charges, assist guests, and help ensure accurate night audit in a friendly, professional hotel setting.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour. Weekend availability is required, with shifts 11:00pm–7:00am. We offer Hilton travel discounts, meal benefits, a 401(k) with match, health benefits, and comprehensive on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Front Desk Experience preferred.
• PEP Experience bonus.

Responsibilities

• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Process guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers.
• Post charges to guest accounts not yet posted or incurred on the night audit shift.
• Transfer charges to master accounts and ensure proper allocation.
• Verify transactions are supported by documentary evidence and signatures.
• Complete tasks instructed by supervisor/manager.

Essential Functions:

• Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Processes guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers.
• Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift.
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Checks to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments.
• To verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into PMS system.
• Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

• Part-time position
• Must be available to work weekends
• Some Holidays are required
• Shift Times: 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Starting Wage is $19.00
