Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Roseville MN is seeking a part-time server to support Axel's Steakhouse and banquets. You will provide friendly guest service, take to-go orders, and handle Room Service deliveries while maintaining beverage stations.

Prior serving experience is preferred; a positive attitude and excellent communication are valued. Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of serving experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests, take to-go orders and Room Service deliveries.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Acts as busser and expediter (Expo) for busier shifts when needed.
• Complete tray runs and linen runs at the end of shift.
• Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.
• Assist other staff members when needed.

Reports to: F&B Director

To ensure guests have an enjoyable and flawless dining experience by providing quality and friendly customer service

Essential Functions:

• Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Interact with guests, take to go orders and Room Service Deliveries.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.

• Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.
• Assist other staff members when needed.
• Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Requirements

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Part-time position.

Flex scheduled days/nights, weekends and Holidays as needed.

Starting Wage: $16.00
