Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton in Roseville, MN is seeking a part-time Front Desk Clerk to manage guest charges and support night-audit operations. The role requires availability on weekends and some holidays, with shift times 11:00pm–7:00am, and a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Processes guest charges vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Post charges to guest accounts not yet posted or incurred on night audit shift.
• Transfers charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Verifies charges are allocated to correct departments.
• Ensures front desk transactions have documentary evidence and signatures and are properly posted in PMS.
• Complete any tasks from supervisor/manager.

Essential Functions:

• Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Processes guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers.
• Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift.
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Checks to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments.
• To verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into PMS system.
• Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

• Part-time position
• Must be available to work weekends
