Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Roseville, MN invites applications for a part-time Food & Beverage team member to deliver warm, friendly service in Axel's Steakhouse and during Room Service. You will engage guests, assist with to-go orders, and support banquet events as needed.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour. Flexed weekends and holidays, paid training, and opportunities for growth are offered in a team-focused environment that values guest experience and hospitality.

Qualifications

• One year of serving experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy required.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Relevant training certificate.

Responsibilities

• To ensure guests have an enjoyable and flawless dining experience by providing quality and friendly customer service.
• Interact with guests, take to go orders and Room Service Deliveries.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Acts as busser and expediter (Expo) for busier shifts when needed.
• Completes tray runs and linen runs at the end of shift.
• Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.
• Assist other staff members when needed.
• Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Essential Functions
