Job summary

Banner Health in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking an RN NICU for the Women’s Services department on a night shift. The NICU unit features level II care with dedicated obstetric, neonatal, and anesthesia support, plus lactation consulting and family-centered care.

The RN NICU will provide continuous care for infants starting at 32 weeks gestation, working within a busy environment and participating in staff meetings and education sessions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by practice area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and discharge planning.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and supervise staff as assigned.
• Document care and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Contribute to unit quality and patient safety initiatives.

Education

Nursing degree required (ADN/BSN/MSN)
