Qualifications

• Must possess current RN license in state of practice.
• xperience in NICU or women/infant services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in NICU per policy.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care for infants and families.
• Document care accurately in patient records.
• Support discharge planning and education for families.
• Promote evidence-based care and quality outcomes.
