Job summary

Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a registered nurse with NICU experience to join our level II nursery team. The part-time day shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) provides opportunities to care for infants and float to postpartum as needed.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in NICU is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan appropriate nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and discharge planning.
