Job summary

Banner Ironwood Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for its Level II NICU, caring for infants 32 weeks gestation and above. This role supports a busy post-delivery unit, staff training, and family-centered care in a 6-bed NICU with surge capacity.

Qualifications

• RN license required or compact state RN license.
• NICU experience required; Level II NICU environment.
• BLS certification required; continuing education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for NICU patients.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Document care plans and patient responses in the EHR.
• Provide family-centered care and support in a high-acuity setting.
