Qualifications

• Manage staff hiring, training, assignments, performance evaluations, and professional development to ensure departmental productivity and support operational goals.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet financial targets.
• Oversee patient care planning, ensuring interventions align with patients’ age and developmental needs, and document accordingly.
• Develop collaborative care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Supervise staff scheduling, payroll, communication, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
