Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator in New York to support daily transactional activities for the Supply Chain & Operations team. You will ensure inventory-related transactions are processed accurately in NetSuite, reflecting the current operational picture.

The role requires 1-3 years in logistics or related fields, strong attention to detail, and solid communication with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, supply chain or inventory control.
Proficient with NetSuite ERP.
Knowledge of PO/WO processes and inventory movements.
Strong data accuracy and record-keeping.
Ability to manage high transaction volumes.
Excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, and other movements in ERP promptly.
Manage shared shipping inbox and review shipping notifications and docs.
Execute manual work order transactions in ERP ensuring data integrity.
Support PO workflows updating shipment info, quantities, and receipts.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between operations and ERP records.
Maintain organized records to support inventory transactions and reconciliation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to obtain missing information.
Escalate unresolved discrepancies to Supply Chain & Operations.
Provide transactional and administrative aid to Logistics team as needed.
