You will coordinate shipments, maintain documentation, monitor status, and collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, and external partners to ensure timely, compliant logistics operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and shipping software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments domestically and internationally.
• Maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation (BOLs, packing lists, etc.).
• Monitor order status and transport schedules; communicate with internal teams and carriers.
• Support inventory counts and ERP data maintenance.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and improve service.
