Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Specialist in California to deliver top-tier service. You will process orders in Oracle NetSuite, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer journey from start to finish.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of experience in customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shift is 8 AM–12 PM; pay ranges $22–$24 per hour, open for 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with proven customer service experience.
• ERP/CRM experience; Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred.
• 3 years of experience in customer service or related role.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders via phone, email, and fax using Oracle NetSuite and build relationships with key accounts.
• Provide friendly, professional support for product questions, lead times, promotions, and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, refunds, credit memos, and maintain records of all customer communications.
• Partner with internal teams to fulfill customer requests and share feedback to optimize workflows and improve customer experience.
• Support administrative tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
