Job summary

Legacy Sports International, Rialto, CA, is seeking a NetSuite ERP Specialist to administer, configure, and optimize our NetSuite environment. You will work with Finance, Operations, IT, and Compliance to ensure data integrity and reliable user experiences.

The role requires experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and integrations via SuiteTalk or middleware. This is a full-time position offering growth and security within a manufacturing and distribution company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administrator or DBA experience.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules: Financials, Inventory, CRM.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteFlow.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and ETL tools.
• Experience with integration platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• System Administration
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance.
• Database Management
  • Oversee NetSuite’s data model, schemas, and saved searches.
  • Maintain data integrity across modules (Finance, Inventory, CRM, HR, Compliance, etc.).
  • Develop and manage data migration, cleansing, and archiving processes.
• Customization & Development
  • Design and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, and scripts (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder).
  • Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Support development of custom integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware platforms (Boomi, Celigo, etc.).
• Test, validate, and deploy NetSuite patches, releases, and upgrades.
• Partner with business units to define and implement process improvements.
• Support & Documentation
  • Provide support for NetSuite users across the organization.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
• Compliance & Backup
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
  • Manage data backup and disaster recovery planning related to NetSuite.

Qualifications
