• Experience with TrueCommerce/B2B Gateway a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process and manage customer orders with focus on accuracy.
• Use EDI experience to troubleshoot order issues and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve processes.
