Job summary

Beltone is interviewing for a Part Time Patient Care Coordinator in Aberdeen, WA. The PCC will be the welcoming face, manage scheduling, verify insurance, track patient records and support marketing efforts. 20-24 hours weekly, mornings, no weekends.

Requires 5+ years in medical office management; front desk experience in hearing is a plus; high school diploma or GED required. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical office management experience.
• Front desk experience in hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact for patients calling or visiting to schedule an appointment or inquire about services.
• Screen calls and identify hearing candidates to facilitate appointments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; outbound retention calls to patients.
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure smooth flow of patient care.
• Check patients in/out; collect and record payments; track revenue and accounting.
