Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in medical office, healthcare admin, or front desk roles.
• Experience scheduling appointments and communicating with patients.
• Insurance verification experience.
• Medical receptionist or healthcare office experience required.
• Hearing healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Returning messages from patients after hours or the previous day
• Calling patients to answer questions and assist with scheduling
• Scheduling and confirming appointments and maintaining an organized schedule
• Assisting patients with questions about services and appointments
• Supporting daily administrative tasks and patient records
• Helping with insurance verification and office coordination
• Supporting patient outreach and retention efforts
• Providing coverage when the primary Patient Care Coordinator is unavailable
• Creating a warm, professional patient experience
