Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients to determine how we can best support them.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and conduct outbound retention calls.
• Coordinate provider’s schedule and ensure smooth flow of patient care.
• Verify patient information, billing data, and maintain charts.
• Assist with marketing efforts, events, outreach and retention activities.
