Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency procedures.
• Communicate observations and security concerns to Allied Universal leadership and responders.
