Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Ashburn, VA, offering reliable hours and opportunity to earn extra through our picker shifts. The role emphasizes customer service, access control, and emergency readiness at a school site, with a fixed anchor shift and the option to add shifts.

Pay rate is $18.87 per hour, with a daytime schedule on Wednesdays from 07:00 to 15:00 and the potential to grow into a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors and families using site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and entry points.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors as needed.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Document observations and communicate with supervisors.
