Job summary

SRE Investments LLC is seeking a Park Manager to run daily operations for a mobile home park in Carson, WA. The role focuses on safety, habitability, and tenant satisfaction, with goals to meet financial targets. Training will be provided; expect 10–25 hours per week.

The position requires 2 years of property management experience, strong people skills, and the ability to live in or near the park. This on-site role includes coordinating maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of property management experience (mobile home parks preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Must be able to live in the park or within 15 minutes of it.
• Reliable smartphone and a car required.
• Spanish-speaking ability is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the park, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units/lots.
• Oversee move-ins/move-outs; sign leases and community rules.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain tenant and property files in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare occupancy and maintenance reports for the Owner.
