Job summary

Rutherford MHC Management in San Marcos, California is seeking a motivated part-time Mobile Home Community Manager for an all-age park. You will oversee day-to-day operations, resident relations, and ensure a clean, well-run community while upholding safety and park rules.

The role includes managing rental activity, coordinating maintenance and vendor management, and handling administrative tasks. On-site housing and a robust benefits package accompany a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Google Workspace and ManageAmerica (willing to train).
• Leadership experience that includes establishing goals and expectations while managing performance and providing guidance.
• Must successfully complete regulatory and job training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and resident relations.
• Manage rental activity and ensure compliance with park rules.
• Perform administrative office functions and coordinate tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management for the park.
• Be on-call as part of an after-hours rotation when needed.
