Investment Property Group in Washington state seeks an Assistant Manager for Majestic Mobile Manor Estates (65 homes) and an adjacent RV Park (107 spots) in Auburn, WA. You will support operations, drive sales, manage leasing, and coordinate resident relations while ensuring policy compliance.

The role combines customer service, rent collection, and administrative tasks within a fast-paced, resident-focused community. Strong organizational skills and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster resident relationships
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
• Conflict resolution and high-level customer service
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management
• Identify areas for improvement to boost property efficiency and profitability
• Excellent customer service including tenant responsiveness and engagement
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants and contractors
• Marketing and sales skills to promote vacancies and maintain occupancy
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group professionally at all times
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote available homes
• Conduct community tours and engage prospective buyers
• Support open houses and RV site operations with flexible hours
• Work with Community Manager to ensure efficient daily activities
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency follow-up
• Assist with leasing for new move-ins and renewals
• Perform daily property walks and document findings
• Inspect units and follow up with corrective action
• Address resident concerns and maintain resident satisfaction
