Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community & Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a mobile home park. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage the maintenance budget, collect rent, enforce leases, and coordinate home sales to residents.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor coordination, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and strategic occupancy planning, with hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in property/community management and maintenance supervision
• Proficiency with Rent Manager or similar software
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance staff and manage daily schedules
• Oversee rent collection, lease enforcement, and resident relations
• Develop and monitor annual maintenance budgets
• Coordinate vendor bidding, contracts, and quality control
• Lead make-ready and turnover processes for vacant homes
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation
