Job summary

Girls Inc. of Greater Pittsburgh is hiring a Program Facilitator. This part-time, hybrid role delivers high-quality programming to empower girls, and supports data collection and program outcomes. It reports to the Programs Department and requires a high school diploma with youth experience.

The role focuses on leadership, STEM, health and wellness, and creating an inclusive, supportive environment for middle school girls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of youth-program experience preferred or substitution allowed.
• Experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, interactive sessions at Girls Inc. sites aligned with the mission.
• Foster a safe, inclusive space and support leadership, STEM, health and wellness topics.
• Maintain attendance, notes and success stories for reporting; support data gathering.
