Job summary

Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta is seeking a Program Facilitator to support its programming at multiple sites including center- and school-based programs.

The role requires promoting girls’ wellbeing, confidence, and long-term participation, while mentoring and modeling professional behavior. Ideal candidates will have experience with girls ages 5–18, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children and foster engagement in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Flexible hours and ability to work across multiple program sites.

Responsibilities

• Flexibility to work with all grade levels and travel to various Girls Inc. sites
• Prepare and teach research-based, age-appropriate programs and curricula using Girls Inc. materials
• Provide high-quality, comprehensive Girls Inc. experience in school settings
• Collaborate with partner schools to obtain student attendance, behavior, and academic information
• Design and implement mission-related activities and events
• Maintain professionalism and focus on quality in program delivery
• Remain current on issues related to girls and children
• Uphold safety regulations at centers, schools or outreach sites
• Respond timely to information requests and meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
