Job summary

Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Program Facilitator to develop and deliver school year and summer programs for girls, aligned with our mission to inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

You will create a positive learning environment, manage materials, attendance, and surveys, and partner with program staff to support participants. The role requires passion for youth development, experience with underserved youth, strong communication, and ability to recruit and engage

Qualifications

• Passion for youth development and girls' issues.
• Experience with underserved and marginalized youth.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to design and facilitate programs for students.
• Reliable transportation and tech familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate school year and summer programs to achieve outcomes.
• Deliver programming per curriculum calendar.
• Create an effective learning environment aligned with program philosophy.
• Maintain materials, attendance records, surveys, and data collection.
• Communicate progress to Senior Program Manager.
