Job summary

Girls Inc. is seeking a School-Based Manager for Middle and High school levels to lead and mentor program facilitators, ensuring high-quality Girls Inc. Experience programming for girls in grades 6-12.

The role emphasizes collaboration with schools, development of annual programming strategies, and maintaining positive partner relationships. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience in youth development, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, sociology, or related field.
Two years’ experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation in youth development and educational settings.
Experience working with diverse populations and ability to coach staff and volunteers.
Proficient technology skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, lead, coach, and provide performance feedback to program facilitators to ensure quality programming.
Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, safety and risk management systems by self and facilitators.
Build and maintain positive relationships with school partners, volunteers and other program partners.
Oversee annual program calendar and budget, monitor grants and reporting with the development team.
