Job summary

Girls Inc. of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area is seeking a Part-Time Program Facilitator to support planning and delivery of programming in the Washington, DC area. The hybrid role mixes in-person sessions at program sites with remote prep and documentation.

You will lead group activities, implement curriculum aligned with Girls Inc. values, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and build positive relationships with youth.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating youth programs or classes with middle/high schoolers.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to gender equity and inclusive spaces.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with digital tools.
• Ability to travel to program sites in Washington, DC and pass background checks.
• Experience in education/youth development preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
