Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Experience with planogram sets and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure accurate pricing and on-time promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution and stock flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
