The Michaels Companies Inc. Medford store is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram execution, and in-store presentation.

Responsibilities focus on pricing accuracy, timely promotions, stock integrity, floor leadership, and compliance with SOPs while coaching associates and maintaining a customer-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, incl. truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution, maintaining a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, floor leadership, and service standards.
• Oversee store in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, ASN receiving, and damages procedures.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
