Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Safely lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves.

• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbsPrevious retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Buena Vista, CO)
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; start by 6 am; 20 hours per week
