Job description

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce
Safely perform the physical duties of moving and stocking products

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Aurora, CO)
Schedule availability five days per week including possible weekends; start by 6 am; 20 hours per week
