Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a Merchandise Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service in the pro shop and merchandise area.

Responsibilities include operating POS software, handling inventory, processing orders for custom apparel, and maintaining organized displays while providing a positive guest experience. This is a part-time, non-exempt role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Proper use of point-of-sale software.
• All opening and/or closing duties.
• Ability to use a heat press to imprint logos and designs on apparel in an efficient manner.
• Ability to take orders for custom apparel.
• Ability to perform and document merchandise inventory.
• Maintain organized displays and desk area.
• Perform basic mathematical computations.
• Balance drawer and manage daily income.
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner.
