Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a part-time Customer Service Team Member to provide excellent guest service across the facility, including guest services, food and beverage, and events.

You will interact with guests, assist with events from start to finish, and handle cash transactions while maintaining accuracy and a friendly, team-focused approach. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to Triadelphia, WV.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and facility software.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and support events from setup to cleanup.
• Operate and balance a cash drawer and handle transactions.
• Resolve guest concerns or direct them to a manager.
• Perform assigned tasks across guest services, F&B and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on shift.
